REFUND POLICY

1. General Refund Terms

Jhilmil Entertainment provides its services on a subscription basis. By subscribing to the platform, you acknowledge and agree that all fees paid are generally non-refundable, except as explicitly stated in this Refund Policy or as required by applicable laws.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:

a) Subscription fees for the current billing cycle, even if you cancel your subscription before the end of the term.
b) Partial usage or non-usage of the services during an active subscription period.
c) Service interruptions caused by your internet connection, device compatibility issues, or third-party software/hardware failures.
d) Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:

a) Service Disruption: If Jhilmil Entertainment is unable to provide access to the subscribed content for an uninterrupted period exceeding 72 consecutive hours due to reasons solely attributable to the platform.
b) Duplicate Payments: If you are mistakenly charged multiple times for the same subscription period.
c) Technical Malfunctions: If a technical issue prevents access to the platform’s services and Jhilmil Entertainment cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.

4. Refund Request Procedure

To initiate a refund request, Users must follow these steps:

a) Submit a written request to jhilmilentertainmentreach@gmail.com within 7 business days from the occurrence of the issue.
b) Provide the following details in the request:

Registered email address associated with your account.

Payment receipt or proof of payment.

Detailed explanation of the issue and the reason for requesting a refund.
c) Jhilmil Entertainment reserves the right to request additional documentation or information to validate your claim.

5. Refund Processing

a) Refunds approved by Jhilmil Entertainment will be processed within 14 business days of approval.
b) Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the transaction. If this is not feasible, Jhilmil Entertainment will process refunds using an alternative method mutually agreed upon with the User.
c) Processing times may vary depending on the User’s bank or payment service provider. Jhilmil Entertainment is not responsible for delays caused by these third parties.

6. Disputes and Final Decision

a) If your refund request is denied, you will receive a written explanation specifying the reasons for denial.
b) The decision of Jhilmil Entertainment regarding refunds shall be final and binding. Disputes may be escalated to the jurisdictional courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, as per the governing Terms and Conditions.

7. Amendments to the Refund Policy

Jhilmil Entertainment reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Updates will be effective immediately upon being posted on the platform. Continued use of the platform signifies your acceptance of the revised policy.
